He implemented 3 ideas which has a maximum impact on his income
– Time is not your most valuable asset; your focus is your most asset. He unsubscribed from all email list. He deleted all social media apps. When you can create more than you can consume you can become rich. Most people just consume and don’t create content, system and strategy. Anything that is worthwhile is not easy.
– System work, people fail. When we are on our own, we will fail. When Sid went to Vick program, he just follows a system. Just follow a simple path. What people lack is not knowledge, they need to just implement a system and not confuse themselves. Mentor helps you cut short your learning curve. Choose your mentors based on the value system.
– Don’t be cheap on your journey to greatness. The day he started to invest in himself, then he started making money. It was 100% complaint. Plus the amount of time you will waste on a cracked version software rather than buying it directly. You are going to be a reflection of your customer. There must be a value exchange. You cannot expect your students to pay you if you are not paying for others services.
6 steps of taking a message to a movement
– It should have a core message
– Make your message very crystal clear
– You must be rallying. Today we have podcasting, videos.
– You start to attract people who will believe on your values.
– You must empower leaders who will take your value to the next level.
– Leaders carry forward the message of your leader and create a movement.
2015, Sid had a panic attack. He was not sleeping and not eating. So he had to treat his body. He went back to spirituality. He started to meditate. It took him 3 months to come out of it. Spirituality has played a huge role in his life. Sidz father was a alcoholic. Sid mom was spiritual. Within 3 years father quit alcohol. He saw his father transform in front of him. It has played a huge role in spirituality. Spiritual and Business is connected. His tribe contribute 10% to charitable causes. His business has become his mission. It is not just about making money. The purpose of making money is to create more impact. He has few things for his personal thing. He felt lighter. He adopted minimalism. When there is lot of physical junk in your life, there is lot of emotional junk in your life.
There is an alternative path to achieve success. Create a new bread of teachers who are building communities. Cross pollination with different tribes and serving each other communities. The education system will be revamped. People will learn from implementers. They are going with a purpose of bringing a change into a golden age.
Sidharth Rajsekar is not only a digital geek, but also a, very transperent, point shooter style character and a great inspiration to the people in his community. This is a very amazing podcast. It took me two hours to absorb and take notes on topics that I genuinely want to work on and some of which I have already implemented as Siddharth’s Mentee.
This podcast taught me a lot:
-Failure may make or destroy you, depending on how we handle it, especially when we are surrounded by achievers in family and society standards.
We are supposed to comprehend and ask ourselves a few profound important questions, no matter how difficult failing is.
1. Why are we evaluated or evaluating ourselves based on the perspectives and opinions of others?
2. Is this the only way to get ahead and successful in my life as others describe it?
When we obtain our own answers from inside reality, we are presented with magnificent opportunities that we could never have anticipated. When we realise that our own pain spots may be turned into treasure, development begins in a more positive direction. We become more accountable to gently communicate that profound learning with others, to our approaching generation with a lot more worth with personal result-oriented experience.
Making difficult decisions like this or that on an emotional roller coaster with the support of our families and trust in ourselves makes us more responsible, but the twist in the ride is not always as you would have hoped.
-The difficult part is when the earnings are restricted but the effort, hard work, and struggle are infinite at the beginning. And when things are difficult, you may use it as a reality check.
And when things are difficult, one may use it as a reality check. Now you have a solid foundation for the next great entrepreneur or achiever since I realised who I was blaming was not anyone else but myself.
-The realisation and distinction between operating a business and scaling up for profit may become a transitional path that resonates with magic and simplicity.
Three principles are already converting me into a better person, and spirituality is something I relate to sidz since it was passed down to me from my father, who believed in sanatan dharma. The finest thing here is also a bulb on moment for me – spirituality and business are iin terconnected. This trip is crucial for an individual’s personal growth.
-The value of a mentor and submitting to the one when we related with his core values more than his wealth, charisma, and lifestyle sets us in the correct path I’m glad I found Sidz and am already following him. Last but not least, “I’m alive and healthy today because someone outside is waiting for me to impact them.” This has been imprinted on my heart and hardwired into my brain from now on.

I could resonate with the thought that there is a huge gap between formal education and the real life lessons. I used to cope with the formal education and thus I did not do what I wanted to do because I was afraid of failing back in school learning. I always remained under inferiority complex. Siddhart correctly said that every person is gifted with some talent and it should come out but due to this formal education sometimes we are deprived of true talent which could have come out and we could have taken advantage of. There are millions of Siddharths available in this world but they have not dived within. So it is our responsibility to contribute to the salvation of the current education system and to let those all Siddharths live their own life of freedom.
Most people just wonder on how to get best of the best for free. I have been thinking the same thing so far. But now I realised that the time and effort I put in searching the free stuff could have been utilised to do some productive and meaningful work. Information alone does not have the power to change our life. When a mentor enters in our life that information gets converted into knowledge and then our life gets transformed.
We generally want to eat the fruits but neither we want to sow seeds nor want to cultivate the sown plants. To become humble, doing charity, helping people to solve their problems, adopting the life style of minimalism, having faith in the Almighty are like sawing and cultivation process and success and freedom are like fruits. All the values need to be inculcated within ourselves which eventually lead us to spirituality and liberation. And that is the end goal.

SPIRITUALITY vs BUSINESS:
– Both are completed interconnected.
– While giving charity is a part of spirituality,
– Understanding who you are as a person and why are you doing business is very important, which has to be discovered by yourself.
Business can be as a spiritual mission in life.
Level-1: Financial freedom
Level-2: Freedom of time
Level-3: Freedom from the cycle of birth and death. That’s the ultimate.
How can we build a business where people can undergo a personal transformation within themselves, so that they can contribute to others and uplift the society.
If we can help someone help someone else, there is going to be some Karmic reaction there.
Never negotiate your time with God.
Two schools of thought:
1. Non-religious spiritualists and
2. Religious spiritualists.
– The Sanathana dharma scriptures are more open-minded than being just fanatic under religion because religion can convey the idea of faith and faith can change. Its about personal transformation.
In minimalistic terms:
– The concept of having less and doing more
– When there is a lot of physical junk in the place where you live, it represents the emotion junk; and when you would clear the clutter is when you will be able to see what you want.
– Some people believe that making money is a wrong thing as money is the root of all evil. Money is just a tool.
– It is great to be ambitious but only as long as you know that that you won’t use it for senses’ gratification.

There is an alternate path to achieve success and not through the formal education system. While formal education system does its part, but you can create a lifestyle of your choice by stepping into your passion and doing things that your really love to do. But for that to happen, you should have the right mentor and teachers… the people who can really bring about the change.
1st Phase:
So the first step in the game plan is to reform and create a new breed of teachers and mentors who are implementers themselves and build their own communities. That is the purpose of my community.
2nd Phase:
Internet is like a big ocean and Facebook is like a big continent sitting in it. I want to help people create their own islands. Islands to which people can come, where they can get nourishment, value, where they are a part of a community and they are growing.
3rd Phase:
This is where these islands start to support each other just like cross-pollination, serving each others’ communities – without competition and by collaborations.
Outcomes of this game plan:
– The education system is going to get revamped as the new way of the educational system will be learning from mentors or implementers.
– When this happens, people will start to live a more purposeful and meaningful living. They are not going to work just for the sake of earning money but they go with the purpose to be fulfilled and also contribute back.
– When this happens, even if it is to take 10-15 years, we will see a Golden Age in this world, and that’s the end game for me.
How to build Influence in the real sense?:
Some leaders operate from the inside out like Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa. They operated on a totally different level which really created revolutions. It is not a marketing gimmick. They operated from a genuine core.
6 Steps to taking your message and making it to a movement:
STEP-1: IT HAS TO OPERATE FROM YOUR CORE
– You need to have a story that is in alignment with your mission.
– You need to have a core message.
STEP-2: THAT CORE MESSAGE HAS TO BE MADE VERY CLEAR.
– For example, for Sid, the core message is that he wants to redefine the current education system,….. by building a new breed of teachers.
– The core was the experience that he went through in the schooling system and that is why the core message has been formed.
So we need to go through an experience to bring out a message.
STEP-3: TO START RALLYING
– We have to rally, just like how the political and spiritual leaders speak to people.
– Rallying today is like Podcasting, Webinars, videos, etc. We have so many media now to rally as compared to the old days.
STEP-4: ATTRACT BELIEVERS
– Once we will start to rally, we will start to attract few people who believe in what you believe in (It is not about you, it is about what you believe in).
– So people need to align with your value system.
– So we you will get your initial set of followers.
STEP-5: WE HAVE TO EMPOWER THE LEADERS who are coming out of our followers.
– Even under the political movements, the second line of leaders come in.
– And then the leaders are empowered.
STEP-6:
– The leaders carry forward the movement.
– The leadership will carryforward the vision of the leader
– So that’s how a message becomes into a movement and it always comes from the CORE.
